My name is John Ly, and I’m an avid negotiator, attentive communicator, and numbers guy by nature. However, I’d have to say that integrity is my ultimate driving force. Throughout my real estate career, I have not only helped countless people sell their homes, I’ve even been hired to sell the properties of my fellow realtors! Due to this, I am grateful to have earned the respect of both my colleagues and clients alike, which I don’t take lightly… This is exactly why going above and beyond is at the core of what I Do.
I’m humbled to be in the top 10% of Realtors in the Greater Vancouver area and have earned the Medallion Award a total of ten times! This award recognizes the top 10% of real estate agents annually. In 2019, 2021 & 2023, I have been awarded Presidents Club status which represents the Top 1% of Realtors annually. The success I’ve experienced so far is all thanks to my deep-rooted passion for the business and helping people achieve their realty goals. Apart from my lovely wife and two beautiful daughters, I truly don’t find anything more rewarding than that.
In addition to my affinity for listing and selling properties, I have gained extensive industry expertise over the course of the last decade, and have a vast background in real estate appraisal. (Remember in the beginning of the bio when I mentioned I’m a numbers guy?) In other words, I’m adept at determining true market value of a home. Nothing more, and definitely nothing less. When it comes to my amazing clients, I guarantee their success by keeping them extremely well-informed throughout the entire process, putting their needs first (always), and arming them with state-of-the-art marketing tools each step of the way. I also make sure every single transaction is driven by these three things at all times: unwavering professionalism, 100% honesty, and transparent communication. Not only do I leverage my in-depth knowledge, I am a boutique Realtor who harnesses a hands-on approach during every crucial milestone of the transaction. I’m never going to be that behind-the-scenes Realtor because it’s important to me that my clients feel like I’m truly there for them.
