“Thanks finding us our new home and our renewed passion
in painting. You knew that we wanted a lifestyle change when we wanted to move from our duplex in Burnaby to a downtown condo. Not only did you sell our duplex and find us the perfect home/studio with 9 foot ceilings with the light and views to inspire our painting but we could fit our piano through the door too!

“Next to purchasing my new home, the best part of the whole process was working with John”

“Selling my property with John was a breeze. I could have never imagined such a quick and efficient process”

“I met John when I was checking out an open house and he was the realtor. I wasn’t interested in the unit itself but wanted to live in that specific building. John said that he had sold many units in this building and if one were to go on sale, he would contact me. I was very surprised and impressed that John kept his word and contacted me right away when there was an open house. We ended up purchasing that unit that he found for us. The unit was a foreclosure unit so the steps to purchasing it was a bit more difficult than the usual purchase. John was with us every step of the way and was an amazing help. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and was very quick to respond when we needed to contact him. After the purchase was done, John still kept in touch with us with emails and cards. He gave us a housewarming gift basket which was very nice. He also sent us a Christmas card and a birthday card which was above and beyond. This was a very nice surprise and was very much appreciated. His great service just solidified our great experience with John and we could not have asked for a better realtor to work with. John was an absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend him
to anyone.”

“I would like to commend John Ly on his phenomenal service he provided me while I was apartment hunting. I originally called John to inquire about new apartments being built. Being a first time home buyer I had lots of questions ask you can imagine. John walked me thru every step of the way and was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and kept in contact via email and text. John has been very supportive and has made this biggest decision of my life an easy one. I would highly recommend John to everyone looking to do anything with their property!”

“We worked with John with both selling our townhouse and buying our new apartment. He helped us get a great price on our sale and he found us a new home that met all of our very particular requests! We look forward to working with John again when it comes time to find a new place for our growing family.”

“I’ve been a very happy client of John’s since I entered the housing market about five years ago. I have now bought two properties with John and was more than satisfied both times. He worked with me to identify homes that fit my changing needs and guided me through the purchase process smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone and look forward to working with him again in the future as my needs change again!”

“John was very helpful before and after my purchase of a condo unit in Vancouver. He negotiated a good deal on the property and gave very good recommendations on property management companies. I feel that John understands his market really well and is a pleasure to work with.”

“Since working with John, I have referred countless colleagues and family members to him, always hearing great things”

“In a town full of realtors how do you tell them apart? Well 4 sales and 1 purchase later I can say John Ly is reliable and above all highly trustworthy and honest. My average days on sale is probably less that two weeks with around 99% of the asking price. What more can I say?”

“John helped us find our first home. Throughout the buying process, John was transparent and extremely patient. He made sure he understood our needs and we look forward to working with him again for our next sale/purchase!”

“Very prompt and profession with great advice! Would recommend him to any clients. He has sold both of my properties in less than a week which shows he knows his markets well.”

“As a first-time home buyer, John was a great asset to have as my realtor. He was well-informed, knowledgeable and always readily available for any questions I had with the home-buying process, the current market, or the neighborhoods I was interested in. I had done some searches on my own previously, and John was able to objectively give me the pros and cons of my choices to steer me in the right direction. John kept in constant contact, regularly sent numerous listings that suited my budget and needs, accompanied me to several showings each week, and updated me on the ones I thought were potentials. After weeks and weeks of searching, I was able to find my condo with John’s help and endless patience. I highly recommend John!”
